Is it really free?

Yes, for every American. We don't sell your data, your attention or your contacts, and there's no paid tier waiting for you later. We make money from businesses that buy computers and software from us, never from you.

What can it see?

Only what you connect. Mail can send a reply from your Gmail only after you read it and approve it. You can disconnect any account from the app, and it stops seeing that account.

Can I use it with Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude?

Gemini works from the first day, with just a Google account. Support for bringing the other AI subscriptions you already pay for is on the way.

Who else can see my information?

No one, unless you say yes. The Consent agent asks you before anyone, including an advisor, gets access. It keeps a record of every yes, and you can take any of them back.

Can I turn it off or delete what it knows?

Yes. You can disconnect any account from the app, and edit or delete anything Memory has saved.

Is it certified for government or enterprise use?

Not yet. We're working toward FedRAMP High and are building to its controls, but we don't hold the certification today. Our certifications page shows where each one stands.
