For advisors & RIAs

Clients share what you need. Nothing more.

Your clients keep their finances in Agent One. When they want your advice, they share the parts you need, for as long as you need them.

How it works

From question to meeting in four steps.

  1. 1

    They ask

A client asks Agent One for help with retirement, taxes or an estate.

  2. 2

    They find you

Agent One suggests verified advisors who fit what they need.

  3. 3

    They share

They pick what you can see and for how long. You see only that.

  4. 4

    You advise

Access ends on time. You both keep a record of what was seen.

The RIA Agent

It does the prep. You do the advising.

It never gives advice or makes investment decisions. Those stay with you.

Meeting prep
A short brief before each call: what changed, and what the client asked about.
Follow-ups
Notes and next steps, sent back to the client's Agent One.
One inbox
Client questions and documents in one place, not spread across email and portals.
Records
A dated receipt of every request and what was seen, ready for your compliance file.
  • Clients choose what you see.
  • Access ends when they said it would.
  • Nothing is sold or used to train public models.

Want the models running in your own office? Puppy One Practice runs Agent One on hardware you own. It's optional.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the RIA Agent give investment advice?

No. It prepares briefs, keeps notes and keeps records. Advice and investment decisions stay with you.

How does a client share information with me?

You send a request for what you need. The client sees it in Agent One, chooses what to share and for how long, and can stop at any time. Both of you get a receipt. It runs on PCHP, our open consent protocol.

Who can join?

Registered investment advisers and their advisors. We check your CRD or NPN before you're listed.

Do I need Puppy One?

No. It's for firms that want the models running on hardware in their own office.
